ABOUT US

Christine DeYoung founded Jet RVSM Services, LLC in 2006 after recognizing an industry-wide need for specialized assistance in obtaining RVSM operational approval from the FAA. For more than 15 years, Jet RVSM has assisted domestic and international operators with FAA authorization for flight in RVSM, Datalink Mandate (DLM), NAT HLA and RNP-10/RNP-4/RNP-2 airspace, and equipment authorizations for CPDLC, RNAV-1/RNP-1 arrivals/departures and LNAV/VNAV/LPV approaches. Jet RVSM also handles MMEL authorizations and assists operators in developing  Safety Management System (SMS) manuals for small flight departments.  We have worked closely with every FAA FSDO and IFO in the country while preparing over 9,000 manuals for aircraft in all size categories from all major OEMs including, Boeing, Cessna/Textron, Cirrus, Daher, Honda, Eclipse, Embraer, Epic, Dassault Falcon, Gulfstream, Hawker/Beechcraft, Learjet, and Pilatus.

CHRISTY DEYOUNG

Founder & President

Christine DeYoung earned a BA degree in English at the University of California, Davis prior to starting her aviation career with Cessna Aircraft’s Sacramento Citation Service Center in 2003. In 2004 she joined Cessna Aircraft’s newly formed RVSM Services Department in Wichita, KS. In her role as a Customer Support Engineer, she assisted hundreds of Citation operators in obtaining RVSM operational approval in anticipation of the January 2005 implementation by the FAA of RVSM airspace in the US. She also performed numerous GMU (GPS Monitoring Unit) height monitoring flights across the US. Christy earned her private pilot’s license and instrument rating through the Cessna Employee Flying Club in 2004.Since starting Jet RVSM Services in 2006, Christy has traveled around the world completing GMU flights as an authorized CSSI, Inc contractor. She has also worked directly with numerous OEMs in developing RVSM and other special areas of operation approvals for their demo and leaseback fleet.
